He has owned and operated a number of major appliance and air conditioning sales and service corporations. As an instructor for a preeminent technical college, Mr. Kleinert taught aspects of preventive and diagnostic services and techniques, enhancing students' ability to evaluate the products and services necessary to maintain commercial and residential climate-control systems and major appliances.
