So What if There's Conflict?
1010204 So What if There's Conflict?Being in conflict is no fun. It's stressful, unpleasant, distracting, intrusive, and annoying. But is that all?Roy, Karen's manager, is sitting at his desk pondering the problem on Karen's team. Roy is a strictly-business, no-nonsense, get-the-widgets-out-the-door kind of manager. He's thinking, "OK, so what if conflict is no fun? We aren't here to have fun. We're here to get the job done. I can't be bothered with conflict between my employees if all it does is make people a little uncomfortable. I'm not running a resort here. Get over it!"Let's see if we can get Roy's attention about how conflict is affecting his organization.
