EfficiencyUsually, three types of efficiency are provided for electrochemical batteries.The coulombic efficiency (also referred to as charge acceptance, charge efficiency, Faraday efficiency, and faradaic efficiency) is the ratio between the charge (in Ah or Coulomb) that has been charged in the battery, and the charge that is made available for discharge:
